Hi Guys, I'm a little confused.
I understand Netflix is now available fee of charge to VM & O2 Volt customers. Is this for all customers or just new customers?
I've recently entered into a new contract with VM where my bill gets spilt between O2 and VM.
Any clarity on this would be appreciated.

Only the Ultimate Volt, the Biggest TV Volt bundle and the Biggest TV bundle are included in the Netflix promotion.
Existing customers would need to recontract /move onto one of those packages that include Netflix.

Thanks Dave,
I have manged to sort this today, I am on the Ultimate Volt Bundle.
Cancelled my previous Netflix subscription and signed up again using the VM app.

Thanks for the update Kev,
I'm pleased you managed to recontract and now have access to free Netflix as part of the new deal.
Keep an eye on your account/billing, just in case and if there are any issues going forward (hopefully there won't be, but this is VM after all) post on the forum
