Netflix App won’t load

Can anyone help? I’ve reported the issue to virgin twice now and been told they have escalated the problem but still have not received a solution or any help. I’ve done everything they ask such as rebooting everything. Virgin have run diagnostics etc.

When trying to open Netflix, the Netflix logo appears, then disappears leaving the the “N” with the loading ikon going round. That’s as far as it goes. Any help/advice would be appreciated, Thanks

Go to Home > Settings > Audio & Video >  Match Frame Rate > set  'match frame rate'  to Off
