Hi, I have a second box for virgin TV 360, I pay for multiroom and have been waiting for an engineer visit to be arranged, this is what the agent told me when I initially upgraded. This was about 6 months ago and still no appointment, we've been using the second box for the apps over WiFi but now I'd really like to access my sports when football restarts. How would I go about booking an engineer visit to sort out the live TV?

I'm unsure as to why this wasn't arranged when you upgraded.
I assume you don't have a VM coaxial point in the location of the second box which is why you need an engineer/tech
You should call 150 from a Virgin landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111, option 2 (Faults)
When calling Faults you will hear the automated response asking you to press 1 for the link to online support etc
Ignore all the options and don't press any buttons then you should be placed into a queue and an agent should pick up the phone and book the tech for you.
You might be told that there will be a £25 non fault call out charge, you will have to argue the point about that with the agent, to me it shouldn't be applied..
If you wait a day or two and a member of the Forum Team should pick this up for you and arrange a tech visit.
