Greyed out on remote and just not tv, if I punch in No. 429 (HD channel No.) it just diverts to 430 which is just Film4 + 1

Comedy Central not even offered and we have Film4 & Film4+1 but Film4 HD missing.

Film4HD is on 428. Comedy Central is on 132.

428 0n my set is just Film4, but not HD

You need to call 150 - it sounds as if HD has not been activated as Film4HD should be on 428.

Film4 HD is in Maxit TV as is Comedy Central. To me it sounds you're on Mixit TV.

That thought crossed my mind.

@jonesja- check your contract for which package you have signed up for. Then check here for which channels are included in that package.

Some of the channel numbers might differ slightly SD/HD on a 360, but let's get the package clarified first.
