If you haven't had a TV box before it should arrive with a splitter cable and everything you need, if it doesn't you will need to give Virgin a call and ask for a manned installation.
You can reset your memorable word by logging into your My Virgin Media account, Click on Account Settings, Account Details, then scroll down to Telephone Security Details (memorable word), and click on Edit.
