Memorable word and Connector Cable

• Hello I have recently upgraded from m350 to m500 including 360 tv and phone
• I only had a hub 4 before. I was looking online videos for setup help still waiting for my kit to arrive.
• I saw that I will need a connector which will split my broadband and TV connection. Will I be getting it in the new TV box or I have to buy separately.

And also I can't go through my memorable word. Can anyone help me there please.

If you haven't had a TV box before it should arrive with a splitter cable and everything you need, if it doesn't you will need to give Virgin a call and ask for a manned installation.

You can reset your memorable word by logging into your My Virgin Media account, Click on Account Settings,  Account Details, then scroll down to Telephone Security Details  (memorable word), and click on Edit.
