Hi all
My main 360 box which was upgraded six months ago from v6 has developed an issue.
Last week I noticed a few failed recordings then realised that everything on the box was deleted, I tried powering down and back.
I then had no logos on the channels on the EPG so opted for a full factory reset.
Everything came back up and has been in the main fine but the logos are not showing despite connectivity being fine for streaming etc.
The second box is working as it should.
Any ideas? Or does box need replaced?

Have you tried swapping the boxes around to see if the fault follows the box?

The box has deleted everything again so that would tell me the hard drive is probably on its way out.
Could the team arrange a replacement for me?

Engineer arrived a wee while ago and swapped the box
Great service as ever
