Lost all recording after TV 360 remote was paired.

Hi everyone, 

I’ve recently upgraded my package and VM sent me a new 360 remote to pair to my existing V6 box. Trouble is, once paired, all of my recordings have disappeared. It’s the same box so they must still be there, but I can’t find them anywhere. Can anyone help?

When you upgrade to 360 you loose all recordings, they are gone

Great! Thanks for letting me know this. I just wish Virgin had, so I could have watched my recordings before upgrading. VM strikes again!

They do actually state that in their comms sent before upgrade.

Hey bugle-babe, thanks for reaching out on our help forum and sorry to hear of the issue with your deleted recordings after the upgrade to TV 360.

We do provide some communication in advance to the upgrade regarding recordings as 1017-e confirmed above, here's our video on YouTube with the instructions and all relevant info about this process.

Apologies as this means the recordings you had on the TV box prior to this upgrade cannot be retrieved, we'd be happy to assist with anything else so feel free to ask if you have more questions or concerns.
