Hi,

I have recently been upgraded to Virgin TV 360 and when I select 'Saved' from the home page it says I have no recordings and no planned recordings. It seems that the upgrade has deleted all my existing records and all my planned recordings. I've checked the FAQs and the leaflet which accompanied the new remote and there is no mention of this at all!

Is there any way I can recover these?

No - when you convert a V6 to 360 your hard drive is formatted and all series-links & recordings are wiped. There is no going back.

When you order the conversion online, there used to be a warning of this and probably still is. If you do it by phone, the agent should have told you.

To be fair you should have been warned about this and they gave you 5 days, if I recall correctly, to watch your old recordings and make a note of your planned ones to carry into the 360 after your new 360 remote and box of instructions landed.
