Loss of service BD19 area 26

Loss of service is bd19 area 26 is there any know outages as all TV channels have gone off CS2004  is error I'm getting it's effecting all boxes in house however the internet is unaffected.

 

Customer service can't send a technician till Tuesday of next week

 

Thank all for looking any guidance would be great 

 

Ps: new install was installed on Saturday there both tv360 box one upstairs is a slimmer box than main one down stairs

Sorry to see you are having issues with your 360 boxes. 

Have you checked all your cables and rebooted your hub as per ?

You should also look at Check service status at the top of the page.

If nothing is showing  you could also try the  Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.
