What a disappointment 360 is.  Even the remote is unresponsive and there are extra key strokes for everything. 
lip sync is so variable it is impossible to work it out. In and out. Saturday Kitchen is horrendous right now. 
tried Dolby settings.  Also can’t understand why you can only use lip sync feature up not down. 
Panasonic tv and sound bar. 
I think we will have to send it all back and cancel our contract as not fit for purpose. There is no Continuity.

How is the 360, soundbar and TV connected, is it 360 to TV and TV to soundbar using the HDMI-ARC connectors, if it is and that is not working if you have 2 HDMI connectors on the soundbar try connecting the 360 to the spare HDMI connector on the soundbar leaving the TV and soundbar connected using the HDMI-ARC connections. Usually using the Dolby set to Follow content is the best option.
