Lg magic remote & 360

So, before posting I read the thread here

I managed to get this working with one of my lg TV’s but when trying on my second lg ziggo doesn’t appear on the list to select. I can’t just type ziggo and then click next either 

anyone else with the same issue ?

Hi mrAlic76,

It might help if you give the model number of the LG TV ziggo doesn't work with, I have a C1 and Ziggo set-top works with that.
