Large Remote

My father is really struggling with seeing the buttons on the remote we have been provided we have just moved from Sky. Is there any large accessible button remotes that work with virgin tv? Thanks

Hi I have seen posts on here where these remotes can be supplied to our more senior citizens, wait on here for a virgin person to pick this up maybe 3 or 4 days, or phone 150 free from a virgin phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone go down the TV faults and help route, although if you don't have a virgin account it might prove tricky. There aren't any remotes Virgin Media can send with bigger keys.

For the older TiVo and V6 boxes there are different coloured ones to make them high contrast. Currently that's not available for the 360 boxes.

3rd party IR remotes will work with the 360 boxes if you know the codes to use. There are several threads on here about that.
