Incorrect MetaData and Description on TV Guide

I'd like to point out an error on the EPG in the Guide on the 360:

On E4 at 7:30pm tonight, this is the correct listing and program description :

However, on the 360 EPG, it currently shows this:

It is incorrectly showing tonight's episode as episode 36 (which was actually shown on Thursday). Tonight's episode should actually be episode 37 and is the last one in the current series.

This error has caused my series link to NOT record this episode as the 360 thinks it is a repeat of Thursday's episode.

I had to cancel the series link and set a new one so that it picks up tonight's episode.

How and why has this error happened?

This is very odd.....

Even Sky have the incorrect episode showing for tonight :

This is 100% incorrect.....

Tonight's episode is episode 37 and NOT 36 (which was broadcast on Thursday)....??!

Freeview has the correct listing :

Hi @deans6571 

It would appear that E4 haven't given VM or Sky the correct episode information. It's the same with the +1 channel too. 

When programs in the EPG are different to what is listed on the broadcasters  own website then you can report the error to tivoguideerrors@virginmedia.co.uk

They should be able to update the guide, however they won't get back to you to confirm any actions taken.

I'm now wondering which episode will actually be broadcast tonight then - episode 36 (the incorrect one)  or 37 (the correct one) ?!!!

Your guess is as good as mine, but good to see you've set the 360 to record the individual episode (be it 36 or 37)

There is always the back up option -  access the episode via the All4 app

Just to update and close this thread - episode 37 was aired last night even though the description was for episode 36.
