Incompatible 360 remote with tv

Virgin 360 is still a total disaster... Box keeps deleting profile channels. Remote is incompatible with new Cello UK made TV.. Virgin customer care don't care a jot.. about long standing Customers

Hi @jomogg 

When you pair the cello TV with the 360 remote, do you enter the device model number or try the key test option?

If using the key test option don't just accept the first one that seems to work, try a few more

If entering the device model number what or how do you do you type in?

One of my TV's is LG NANO0796NE

I go to the LG option and then type in 0796 as my device model number which is then recognised and set up by the 360
