In guide catch up unavailable?

Hi, files.

 

I've turned on my 360 today and all the catch up facilities have gone from the TV Guide.

 

By this I mean that "Watch from Start", watch a programme broadcast at an earlier time and the suchlike have all disappeared. No programmes are showing the "circled play icon" symbology.

 

This is happening on both my 360 and Mini boxes. Both have been factory reset. This has not cured the problem.

 

All was well yesterday.

Hi Idirian,

Same problem, must be a fault as it was OK at lunchtime, sure it will be fixed soon.

I am sorry to hear you were having issues with your catch-up guide, I have checked your account and can see there are no current outages. How has it been since your post?
