Important message screen stuck

Today there seems to be some sort of upgrade. I have an important message screen telling me to delete planned recordings. I was informed that this was going to happen but cannot get past this screen. I am told to press any button on remote to cancel this screen but this does not work.

Anybody else have this problem? How do I get back to live TV?

Sorry to see the screen is stuck. I pressed the back button on my remote and that screen cleared.

Sometimes the360  remote control seems to stop working and is cured by giving it a few shakes. Try that and see if it works.

Pressing one of the channel buttons on the actual 360 box may also start the box working correctly.

Otherwise I would  try switching off fthe 360 for a minute ot two using the power rocker on the back of the box.

Pressing channel button on box did the trick.
