So in the past week we have been getting this error message halfway through watching a programme. We can access the app and begin watching but as soon as the adverts start this error message comes up. Anyone got any ideas?

Do you have problems with any other streaming apps or OnDemand programmes?
Try watching a programme OnDemand from the menus/EPG directly and see if tht works ok - this will help narrow down if this is a general connectivity issue or something specific to that app.

So it works by searching for the programme through virgin and watching it from that. Just doesn't work at all through the app. All other apps work fine as i have been using them also
