ITV HD: Loss of Service

I'm aware of the issue affecting channel 174 on Virgin - VM app and on-screen message confirm this. However, ITV HD on V360 is just a black screen (channel 103). Anyone else experiencing this? Area 25.

Update: various users reporting same issue here.

No problems here north of London.

Give your box a reboot & see if it returns. If not look out for error messages that will give some guidance as to what the problem is.

The issues being reported on the monitoring sites relate to ALL TV platforms, not just Virgin. So this is likely an ITV distribution issue.

The service has been restored on Freesat & Sky, so Freeview & Virgin should be back shortly.
