IPlayer and All4 don’t work after upgrading to 360. They did a couple of times in the first week but nothing since.
iPlayer just freezes on the ‘pink’ screen and All4 always has an error so won’t load.
have tried rebooting the box but no avail.
Please help!

Hi Peejay73,
Was the reboot just a power cycle or a factory reset, if the former I would try a factory reset just select the option to keep your recordings, you will need to sign in again to your apps.
What's the All4 error.
