Have you got the power mode saver on? 

You can check this by going to Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Devices > Power saving.

No. It turns on randomly.it has to be an issue with the upgrade

Is your TV a Samsung, other people have had this problem and it seems to be with Samsung TV's for some reason, you could try turning HDMI-CEC off on the TV to see if that makes any difference it's called Anynet + on the Samsung. If turning it off cures the problem it might just be a case of the HDMI handshaking needs redoing. There is an article here about it.
