Since pairing my Samsung to my 360 remote my Samsung TV is not functioning as it should. Samsung have confirmed it is a regular error when paired with another device. I need to unpair the TV from 360 remote please

Press and hold tv and rewind button on your 360 remote for ten seconds and should put the remote back to factory settings
