Hi my free apps have not been working for 1 week

Can you explain which free apps you mean and where you downloaded them from?

My name is NOT Alessandro. That's just a tag Virginmedia sticks on some contributors. Please ignore it.

Sorry I mean my apps like my 5 all them free ones

My5 all4 bbci player all the free ones 

How's your box connected to your hub, the apps all use the internet.

Have you tried rebooting the hub and 360 box.

Check whether you can view OnDemand programmes - in common with streaming apps, these use the internet - so connectivity is the first thing to rule out.

I’ve rebooted it it’s connected by wifi it says app not accessible

On demand is saying the same thing only thing working is Netflix 

Did you reboot both the box and the hub or just one. What error message do you get when you try the Apps.

If you go to Settings, System, Diagnostics, you have Internet connection at the top and if you scroll down the page you what's your Connection speed and is there 3 green ticks.
