Help with tv connection.

Just joined

Was only installed yesterday.  I can't get hold of a human. Phone and pc fine but no TV. I've re booted several times nothing. The light on router remains orange.  Help

Was this a manned engineer installation, or a QuickStart self-serve one? I'd assume the latter, but can you confirm?

You've mentioned the router being orange, but your live TV doesn't use the internet - so do you actually have 2 problems (internet & live TV)?

On the assumption (which may be wrong) that your TV360 box is correctly connected to your TV using an HDMI lead, and the correct HDMI port on your TV has been selected.... what do you see on your TV screen? Do you get any error messages/codes? Do you have a live TV picture?
