Why won't my box update to 360 its been 48 hours after receiving my handset main one has updated but second v6 just says error ma1/4/11 frustrating took 3 weeks and countless phone calls to get to this stage....

Looking at previous threads it seems unplugging it for five minutes and then reconnecting it and powering back up might prompt the relevant updates. 

Nope not even technical help couldnt help and I may have to wait a further 5 days to hear anything its getting a joke has taken me 3 weeks to get this far and loads of phone calls...
