Error code CS6002.
Have a message come up hard drive not found you can still watch tv but cannot pause or record live tv ive factory re set ive disconnected everything and still nothing
Any help would be appreciated

It sounds like the hard drive has failed, you could try doing a factory reset and if that doesn't resolve the problem you can either call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to report a fault or wait here for one of the forum team team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.
