Free v360 upgrade

I applied for they free virgin media 360 remote upgrade 2 week ago has I received an email todo so but I have still not received my remote and when I check my orders on my virgin account they is nothing showing up can anyone help

I'm sorry to hear you've not received anything yet. As this is a special promotion, nothing will show on your My VM until it's all processed. 

The team are working through the forms they receive back and will process things as soon as they can. 

We're not able to expedite things from here so it's just a case of remaining patient for now.
