Frame advance

I have not been able to find how to advance frame by frame (after pausing). Originally I was sure I'd find it eventually because it's been such a useful feature down the years on all Virgin and Sky boxes. Particularly for forensic examination of sporting incidents! But now I'm wondering if it even exists via 360?! Equally amazing is not being able to find any reference to this issue on the vast interweb. Patiently persistent enquiries at Virgin have met with a willingness to help but no answers

You could try to play back in slow motion by pressing Pause then Fast Forward, although this only works from the point you press the  Pause button.
