Now I have "upgraded" from V6 to TV360. I really miss the automatic slight rewind when stopping a fast forward Any chance this feature could be re-introduced ?

Unlikely, as it’s a TiVo function, but you will get used to anticipating the time to push the button

Is the TiVo function copy protected or could virgin introduce the same or similar for TV360 ?

This function is patented by TiVo along with quickview and many others if you Google TiVo patents.

I guess we should be grateful they didn't patent the "play" button.
It all sounds a bit ridiculous really as I can rewind and I imagine I could macro a button on my harmony remote.
But it is what it is.
