Can anyone tell me what error code cs1011 actually is. So far I've been told it's a fault with new 360 boxes amd to wait another 24 hours and it should work . I was told by CS that the fault is around 5 days old yet I saw a post from march that said the same thing. Any help please.

It's an account retrieval error. It can sometimes happen if your 360 box hasn't been set up correctly on the systems and they systems are still expecting to see a V6 or TIVO box. This can sometimes be fixed over the phone, but may also need a tech visit.

Hi newapollo,
CS have said they can't do anything else and I need to wait another 24hours and it SHOULD work . Just poor that they know this is an issue yet don't mention it . Even had 1 person on the phone tell me it would be sorted tonight but I need to speak to someone higher up to get it done. Yet no good😡

It will probably be a specialised team that have access to a system that's not available to all agents that can rectify it if the faults team are unable to.
