I keep getting this error code when attempting to watch movies in the Virgin store. Can anyone help please?

Do you get the same code when watching any other OnDemand programmes? The underlying VoD platform is the same for all programmes except any that use an app.

Sorry to hear you're getting error messages when attempting to watch movies in our store. As per japitts are you getting this error for all VoD? Also another concern I have here, is our system allowing you to book the purchase and therefore applying a charge?
