This is probably the most daftest question but where does the Coaxial cable plug into? Box to tv or box to router? I’m really not tech minded!

Does the schematic on page 2 of https://assets.virginmedia.com/resources/pdf/TV360.pdf help?

Your coax feed from your wallpoint goes into "COAX IN", you connect your 360 to your TV using the "HDMI" output, and your 360 to home router using the "Ethernet" connection

Hi SMK15,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community.

The coaxial cable is pre-pulled into your house and then a cable will come from an indoor box and into any TV or Broadband box that provides you with a service.

To connect the TV to your network, you can do this using an ethernet cable or you use WiFi.

Let us know if you have any further queries or questions.

Thanks,
