Hello

this error code displays on BBC 1, BBC 2, and BBC 4 when my hub is off (ie when at work) how do I stop this popping up without having the hub powered on as an elderly house member does not use the internet

Hi @Red_Venom 

This errror code should appear no matter which channel is being viewed as the 360 box relies upon the internet connection to update the EPG.

It's also needed for apps, catch up and on demand services.

The internet connection is also needed for any box updates.

It's also required if using the Startover feature.

If you aren't sure what Startover is then this post will help Startover - watch from the start 

All of VM's boxes require the internet connection to work fully.
