Hi
Switched on my 360 box today and 3 times the fault code CS5600 pops up. Can't find any info on what this code is or what it means.
Checked the service status for my area and all seems OK.

I haven't had occasion to use the Virgin box since I posted on Wednesday, when it was OK. If I get any more problems I'll post back.

I've had not further problems in the last two weeks. My guess is that what happened is that the recording was deleted but not removed from the Home Page listing - so of course it couldn't be played, nor deleted. I don't know whether deleting recordings required connection to VM's server , if so it could indicate a server glitch: but either way the problem seems to have resolved itself.
