Can you downgrade a 360 box back to v6? Cannot get used to the new format & keeps freezing when rewinding live tv

No, a voluntary conversion from V6 > 360 is one-way and you can't revert.

Having said that, if you're having problems with paused TV & recorded programmes, that suggests a hard drive fault.

Thanks for posting on our community forum and sorry to hear about the issue with your box.

 

Unfortunately it is a one-way upgrade, as for the fault - does this occur on certain channels?
