Delays on TV guide and recordings playback

Hi, recently started noticing a big lack of response when using the Guide (nothing to do with batteries) such as when selecting to view a programme, it taking ages to respond and switch to the channel. When going up/down from screen to screen, a blank screen appears for a long time. Last night and today, when trying to play back a recording it pauses every second or so continually. Checked all cables, connections etc. Help please! Thank you

You've not mentioned so I will ask - have you tried restarting your TV360 box?

Yes, I've tried resetting it but still no joy..
