I have just moved house and need the connection socket moving to a different room - how do I arrange this?

You can either phone in on the normal number, 150 from your Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111, to arrange or wait here for a couple of days for Virgin Media staff.

There will be a £25 charge for this service.
