Great - get error message on all channels CS2004 (possibly loose plugs which isn’t the case).
There’s a fault listed on the status in my area - F009562988 indicating tv channels freezing and going blank (mine just stopped) and an anticipated fix time of 8.15pm.
Bang goes Saturday night entertainment!

The estimated fix times are often just that - educated guesses. It can be longer, it's often quicker.
Do you have any recorded programmes instead?.....

Sorry to hear that you've had a loss of TV and inconvenience it may have caused your household. We've had a look from here and it looks as though there are no longer issues in your area. Have your TV services resumed?
