Netflix isn't a channel, it's just a red-button shortcut to a streaming app.

Which begs the obvious question... are any other channels affected? How about recordings? Or OnDemand?

Thank you for making this post regarding the TV issues you are experiencing, I'm sorry to hear that Netflix and Ultimate channel sound like Donald Duck! That must be driving you quackers.

Are any other channels experiencing this sound issue? Is there an error code displayed on your screen? Does the issue persist after rebooting your TV box?

It got sorted out over the phone it was the audio setting the operator talked me through it and all was good 🤞🤞
