Channel 4 recordings - audio out of sync

Just curious if anyone else get this. Recordings generally are ok, but Ch4 is almost always slightly out. Enough to make me try and find it on streaming instead of watching the recording.

Do you find the same on the live channel? Presumably this is 104, just to avoid SD/HD confusion?

How about if you pause the live channel and watch delayed by a few minutes? That's also - effectively - a recording.

Thanks for posting your issue on our forums.

 

I'm really sorry that you're having issues with your recordings on channel 4. Does this happen with other 4 channels such as E4 or More4.

 

Also please could you try the great suggestions from @japitts this can help us find out what the issues are.
