Channel 4 hd

I’ve had my account changed to TV360 and all my channels are now showing as HD in order apart from channel 4. The HD channel is at 141 whilst 4 is still in SD. I have reset the box but this does nothing and I’ve tried phoning but gave up after being on hold for ages. 
many ideas.

Hi graemew2000,

With Channel4 the HD version is only available on 104 in the London area, this is due to regional adverts. Everywhere else it's on channel 141.

With 360 software, if you have any HD variant in your package, it replaces the SD version in your EPG.

BBC1 is an exception for regional opt-out reasons, C4 may also be different due to their London/ex-London setup.

I may have misunderstood your query, but I think this probably explains your issue.
