Changing TV list date

Hi 

Does anyone know if you always have to scroll back up through all TV listings in order to change date? 

If you are searching say on More4 and want to change day you have to scroll all the way up to the top of the guide before you can change day.

Press the forward record button to move forward 24 hours, and the back record button to go move back 24 hours.
