Cartoon Network in kids tv add on

Hi I have the Maxit package and also  pay £5 per month for the kids tv add on. I am getting a message on Cartoon Network that it is complementary for October and press red button to upgrade to get it from November. Is this an error ? Is it not included in the add on? I phoned to ask but the guy went to check with his boss then the line went dead

This has been asked a few times across the TV boards in recent days. The on-screen pop-up is advertising what seems to be a free-to-view period during October.

This has no impact on your subscription, and if the channel is included now, that's not changing come November.

If you follow the prompt and press-red, you should get confirmation that you're subscribed.

Thanks had a quick look but I missed the other posts. I kind of think they should waive the £5 fee for October if everyone else getting it free but life is too short to phone up about that😂
