We recently upgraded to the virgin tv 360 package and I have been trying to login to the app on my phone to test everything out but it seems that when trying to login all I get back is a page saying Not found, The requested URL /myvirginmedia/portal/ was not found on this server. This is the main email on the account so I fail to see why it would be an issue outside of the fact that its an ntlworld email. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Are you trying to sign into My Virgin Media, or TVGo?
If it's TVGo have you tried to sign into the browser version?

Have you tried the browser version of /my-virgin-media?
Do you have the latest version of TVGo for your device, and have you cleared the cache, or uninstalled and re-installed the app? (The same with My Virgin Media)
Have you tried the TVGO app on other devices? (The same with My Virgin Media)
