Cannot record or pause - CS6002 Can't find hard drive

We have a fairly new box about 2 weeks since install & today we are seeing this constant error on screen Can't find hard drive CS6002, if this problem continues contact Virgin. We’ve rebooted it several times but it’s made no difference.

Can we get an engineer?

Appreciate the reply japitts but I replied to a forum team member , I was thinking they would read that , I mean this installation has been the most problematic ever, the time I’ve wasted is crazy.

A staff member might well respond in this thread and be able to help, but if you were asking this question from scratch we'd just move the post.
