Hi all,
I've had the same issue. Switched to Virgin from Sky for TV just under two weeks ago, and getting the CS6002 Can't find hard driver error.
This must be the third issue we've had with Virgin since switching from Sky, and beginning to think that it was a bad idea. Engineer booked for Monday, but I'm beginning to think about going back to Sky before the 14 day cooling off period ends.

If you have the same problem then you could just be unlucky.
As the boxes are all owned by Virgin they do get refurbished and put back out into the field, I don't know what tests they do but I would have the Hard Drive test as the number 1 test.

We decided to cancel the TV and stay with Sky after a very poor response from the 'customer service' and 'faults' teams.
