Hi, I'm new to Virgin Media and have just moved into a new house. Having tried to set all my equipment up, it turns out the previous owners of the house had a strange idea of where the cables should come into the property, so I need to get it changed. Can anyone advise how I request a callout for an engineer to move the cabling, and also how much this would cost please? Thanks in advance!
