Morning,

 

I've woken up to no broadband and a CS9993 saying the servers down.

 

My TV has been affected too, I can hear what's being broadcast on tv but no picture. I can only see something when I have the what's on now at the bottom of the screen, but as soon as it's off the screen goes black on every channel.

Tests are all coming back fine.

Anyone else woken up to this?

First thing - check the automated status line, 0800 5610061.

In any "loss-of-service" situation, the automated line is a lot more reliable at localised/street-level issues.
