I’ve paid for a box office item but I can’t find where it is - it’s not showing anywhere and the voice function isn’t finding anything. I have checked other peoples issues with this and it looks like there have been issues with on demand not being visible - I also can’t find on demand. It’s taken my payment though

Working now but missed a fight I wanted to see, Tommy Fury, hope they give discount for this but they won't.
