Is there any solution to the back button not working on the box 360 remote?

In what way doesn't the back button work? What are you trying to do please?

It takes you back to the previous screen when browsing through menus, or back to a video from the main menu.

I used to get mixed up when I first got the 360 remote as I thought the back button would take me  back to the previous channel I was watching, however I since discoverd I needed to press the TV button on the 350 remote to do that

Back button does absolutely nothing... I think it should take you back to previous channel.

Hi again @Tzhanna 

As per my previous post, you need to use the TV button to go back to the last channel. It took me about  a week to get used to it.

The screenshot below may help explain the button functions on the remote.

Thanks for the answer.. Just realised I got confused as well... It is the TV button that takes me back one channel...
